Your tasks

The finance analyst performs professional analysis related to budgeting, forecasting and reporting of actuals in accordance with corporate, local and international standards to assure integrity of financial data and support senior management in decision making.

Areas of responsibility/tasks:
Month end closing - Execute month end closing procedures (journal entries, account reconciliation, accrual definition and posting, variance analysis) according to Continental/MEX GAAP/IFRS standards and timing to ensure that all transactions are posted and current posting period is closed out.

Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze, financial and operational information on a daily and monthly basis according to corporate guidelines to support management decision making.
- Analyze actual expenditures and revenues vs budget/forecast to identify/explain the root causes of the variances to the responsible business leader.
- Upload and analyze standard reports into reporting tool to comply with corporate reporting requirements and timing.

Budget & Forecast
- Gather and evaluate infromation from several sources to complete, under general supervision, tasks related to development of some aspects of annual budget and periodical forecasts.
- Assists cost center managers in budget preparations to assure completeness and accuracy of budgetary information and data.

Research & Development (R&D) - Coordinate all the financial activities with R&D department

Intercompany - Monitor Intercompany business, calculate transfer prices, True-up & Hardclose Equalization

**Profile**:
Required experience

Education: bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Professional experience: minimum 1 year of experience in accounting

Required knowledge:
Accounting knowledge - basic level

Accounting experience - basic level

MEX GAAP and IFRS - basic level

Profit & loss analysis - basic level

balance sheet analysis - basic level

transfer pricing methodology - basic level

SAP FI/COMM modules

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoinr, Word)

English - intermediate level
