- This role is responsible to bring more strategic perspective to the Capability Development Initiative, connecting the training matrix and procedure, the Technical Qualification Program, Corporate and Regulation training requirements in such way that the final outocome would be a holistic and effective learning plan for front line so they are competent, confident and capable of perform work safely. Will also bring connection with the Portfolio Management and Cost Governance, Integrated Planning, HR and the Business to encompass the needs, find, solve and refine required interfaces in process, standards, KPI´s, OKR´s and systems.
- This role will also bring data analysis, process improvement, project management and the most important cost effectiveness analysis.
