**Buscamos Product Owner (Culiacán) Temporal**

**¿Qué harás?**
- Definir y comunicar la visión del producto en colaboración con stakeholders clave.
- Gestionar y priorizar el Product Backlog para maximizar el valor entregado.
- Traducir requerimientos del negocio en épicas e historias de usuario claras y accionables, así como la definición inicial mediante un User Story Mapping.
- Asegurar la alineación continua entre los objetivos estratégicos y el desarrollo del producto.
- Trabajar de cerca con UX/UI, tecnología, data y negocio para co-crear soluciones viables y alcanzables.
- Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles: planning, refinamiento, demos, retros.
- Tomar decisiones informadas basadas en métricas, datos de usuarios y feedback del mercado.
- Gestionar múltiples stakeholders, entendiendo prioridades y trade-offs.
- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades, proponiendo mejoras continuas al proceso de desarrollo.
- Implementar metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) o híbridas para optimizar la comunicación y eficiencia del equipo de trabajo.

**Skills Requeridos**
- +3 años de experiência como Product Owner o roles similares en entornos ágiles.
- Experiência comprobada en conceptualización, desarrollo y diseño de productos digitales (web, mobile, plataformas) de preferencia en Servicios Financieros.
- Conocimiento sólido de frameworks ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Capacidad de análisis estratégico y pensamiento centrado en el usuario.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y manejo de stakeholders.
- Familiaridad con herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, entre otras.
- Experiência trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios (UX, Tech, Data, Marketing, etc.).

**Es un plus**:

- Certificaciones como CSPO, PSPO o similares.
- Conocimiento de diseño centrado en el usuario (Design Thinking, HCD).
- Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum Master o similar) y conocimientos en metodologías de desarrollo ágil
