Hybrid: 4 days per week in office

TopBloc is a startup that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. We quickly and pragmatically deploy Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we provide expertise and resources as needed to operate and augment the solution.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Bachelor's Degree (required)- 1-2 Years prior experience as a full-life cycle Recruiter in a staffing or sales/consulting environment (required)-
- Previous experience recruiting for technical roles (required)- Fluent in English (required)- Previous experience with Workday or other SaaS recruiting (preferred)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Collaborate with Partners and Managers to create job descriptions for open positions- Manage assigned jobs and run with all applicants- Maintain hiring timeline to ensure hiring requirements are met- Assist HR with the onboarding of all new hires- Collaborate with team of 6 on process improvements with the recruitment process

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
