**Human Resources & Industrial Safety Manager**

Ensure, control and manage the proper functioning of the processes and activities of the human resources and safety and environment department, being in charge of the areas of recruitment, labor relations, training, safety and environment, compensation and benefits for personnel, general services and local communication, corporate events; complying with the needs and objectives of the company, in addition to ensuring legal compliance.

**ESSENTIAL OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General Activities (when required):_
- Report any employment situation that may jeopardize business continuity
- Manage and monitor compliance with internal work regulations
- Manage, update and monitor compliance with policies and procedures related to human resources
- Respond to inspections and requests from the authorities regarding general working conditions and occupational health and safety.
- Attend internal and external audits, in addition to maintaining and controlling the necessary evidence for review
- Develop plans and take the necessary actions to contain staff turnover.
- Prepare and disseminate official communications and general information for all staff.
- Be an advisor to departments regarding labor issues
- Maintain, manage and control the personnel catalog, as well as the control of personnel files and information through platforms or physical files.
- Keep records of the indicators of the KPI ´s department and inform the status and actions to be taken if necessary.
- Coordinate,give guidance and support to the HR team for issues related to the fulfillment of their activities.
- Recruitment:_
- Weekly review of the status of vacancies to be filled and follow up on hirings
- Review of recruitment sources, as

well as measure their efficiency
- Preparation of IDL personnel requisitions and job offers
- Register new employees in the company's payroll system

(weekly from 2 to 3 hours)
- Monthly preparation and send the headcount report to the corporate (TDM hiring tracking monthly)
- Review with management recruitment plans in order to meet the needs of the operation_Training:_
- Develop plans and actions for the development and training of personnel aligned with the company's objectives and legal requirements.
- Review monthly compliance with the company's training plan
- Manage with the departments the delivery of the training
- Safety and environment:_
- Manage, monitor and ensure compliance with official Mexican standards on safety and environment.

(Monthly)
- Develop plans and actions for compliance with NOM035STPS._Labor relations:_
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the union and its representatives to resolve labor issues.
- Represent the company in the negotiation of the collective bargaining agreement, in addition to monitoring and taking actions to comply with the protocols that the current law indicates in collective matters.
- Comply with all legal requirements regarding profit sharing in accordance with the deadlines established by law
- Attend and resolve labor disputes or disputes with workers
- Labor terminations based on legal terms
- General Services:_
- Manage and monitor that services for staff are provided properly and maintain a good commercial and operational relationship with service providers
- Weekly reconciliation of dining room consumption
- Preparation of requisitions for the purchase of transport, dining room, nursing service, cleaning and surveillance.
- Compensation & Benefits:_
- Conduct salary and benefits surveys and show the company's position with respect to the market.
- Review salaries in the marketplace to give an opinion about desirable salary ranges for new hires, promotions, or salary adjustments.
- Manage and control the policy of major medical expenses and life of the personnel entitled to this benefit.

**SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
- **5+ years of experience as a human resources manager**:

- **3+ years in manufacturing companies**:

- Basic knowledge - environment in safety, health and environment
- **Fluent written and verbal English**:

- MS office
- Desirable to have handled some ERP for human resources
- Experience in union management is required
- Highly desirable experience in organizational development
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law

**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS**
- Administrative training preferably.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations, psychology, communication sciences or related minimum
- Desirable master's degree in human resource management or business administration
- Internal training based on the DNC
