**Your Contribution**:

- As a Shared Services Travel and Expenses Analyst, you will be responsible to support all travel and entertainment process for MAHLE North America. Responsibilities will include monitor T&E, Credit Card, and Debit Card processes.
- Support T&E process in North America.
- Support Credit Card and Debit Cards processes in North America.
- Maintain service delivery quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and sustain an effective relationship with stakeholders to deliver performance and implement best practices.
- Implement and operate financial controls and governance to a standard that ensures Financial Controls Framework, and Audit requirements are met.
- Driving continuous improvement and standardization/simplification across the T&E processes.
- Other duties and responsabilities may be assigned.

**Your Experience & Qualifications**:

- You'll need to be customer service oriented, self motivated and detail oriented.
- You must have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, for example: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury or Travel & Expenses).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Having knowledge of SAP and CONCUR is a plus.
