In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

We are currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst. The primary focus of the role is to provide Sales Productivity reporting and analytics across HPE Segments and Geographies, as well as support Integrated Long Term Planning across all Geos and Worldwide teams. WW Sales Finance / Sales Productivity FP&A is an Expert level position in the Go To Market (GTM) and Readiness Finance team supporting Global Sales organization. The primary focus of the role is to provide Sales Productivity reporting and analytics across HPE Segments, as well as support Integrated Long Term Planning across all Geographies and Worldwide teams. Opportunity to work across 10 Geographies, WW, GBU, and Corporate FP&A as well as partner with Workforce planning (HR) and Sales Strategy & Planning.

**_How you’ll make your mark:_**
- Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- **Provide ongoing Productivity Analysis (CPRD%, CPOD%, GM/FSC and other KPI’s) for specific Segments and/or Geographies. Maintain current reporting infrastructure and transition to future Field Selling Cost (FSC)/ Headcount/ Productivity Reporting.**:

- **Support Long Term Planning with Driver based analytics and FSC budget deployment.**:

- **Provides reporting across full P&L (Revenues, Orders, Gross Margin, Opex) with focus on as-a-Service, including analysis for current and prior years trends.**:

- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
- Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.
- Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
- Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross
- functional planning processes.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.

**_About you:_**
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong business acumen.
- Good project management skills.
