Shipping Supervisor

**Shipping Supervisor**
- Responsible to produce in line with customers’ demands with the assigned human resources to his/her teams. Define his cells working standards based on the best practices. _
- Ensure all his teams members adhere to the defined working standards and continuously strive to improve them by encouraging and maintaining a steady flow of suggestions _.

**Position Summary**
- Responsible for coordinating the daily shipping activities within the warehouse. This role ensures that all outbound shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. _

**Your Role**
- _Develop and maintain the working standards reflecting the best practices _
- _Respond quickly to control and solve the problems highlighted by the visual control systems _
- _Actively participate in the management routines and problems solving workshops _
- _Ensure Production Teams continuously make suggestions and perform flash meetings _
- _Monitor participations and effectiveness of the flash meetings _
- _Follow up the implementation of the suggestions. _
- _Develop teams’ skills to be able to produce with minimum help from others (the small train driver should be the only help needed) _
- _Maintain & Organize Warehouse (5S) & Continuous Improvement _
- _Ensure Shipping/Receiving Actions are safe, organized and timely. _

**Your Background**
- _Technical knowledge on products and processes _
- _Lean manufacturing and People Empowerment tools knowledge _
- _Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.) _
- _Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics _
- _Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment _
- _Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization _
- _Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team _
- _Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently _
- _Strong presence, poise and persuasiveness to establish a high level of credibility quickly _
