Job Details:
The Tyson Cybersecurity Team seeks dedicated and skilled IT Operations Engineer II to participate in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The IAM team’s mission is to provide the right information to the right people at the right times and places.

The IAM team is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of Tyson Foods directories, and for efforts like single sign on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity & access governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, and security access certifications.

The IT Operations engineer II will report directly to the IAM Development Manager. You will work closely with the Security Application Development team, along with the IAM Product Manager and the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience in PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
- Proficiency in Web API development and integration.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET and C#.NET is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
