The Traffic Engineer & Transport Modeler position is responsible for the planning, modeling & execution Crowd Simulation & general Transportation plan sets & other construction documents with proficiency on Civil 3D Software & relevant simulation software; assisting with design, modeling, specifications, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team.

You will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the company.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urbanism or a related field (Master's preferred).
- ** Minimum 5 years of experience **in Traffic engineering, Pedestrian, Crowd Modeling & Crowd Management in site planning and development of public works projects preferred.
- ** English level C1 **or superior is a must.
- Knowledge of transportation engineering, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and crowd management principles.
- Strong knowledge & skills on relevant software tools, including but not limited to: Civil 3D, PTV Viswalk, Mass Motion, Legion, etc.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles & environmental regulations.
