Collaborate cross functionally with the leadership of other functions to ensure project success of all projects your team is apart of. Ensure team is aligned and linked sufficiently to the supply base strategies set forth by the global category management team. Ensure team is maximizing leverage opportunities that are in line with the category management team strategies or enhancing the strategies that have been established. Establish relationships with key and critical suppliers that are critical to the success of MFT going forward.
