**Full job description**

REMAX Signature is looking for an individual committed to excellence and continuous improvement. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer (Community Manager) to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

Sex: Indistinct
Age: 25 to 35 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in social media management and digital content creation.

Good presentation

Decisive and empathetic person

Excellent spelling

**WE REQUEST KNOWLEDGE IN**:

- Team management
- Direct dealing with suppliers and handling of quotes
- Mastery of the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Real estate experience is a plus
- Social media management
- Create and edit visual and video content for various platforms
- Knowledge of printing methods
- Advanced English.
- Generate digital content strategies
- Goal management
- Compliance with KPI's
- Manage the online community and interact with our followers and customers.
- Monitor digital trends and propose innovative ideas.
- Identify content opportunities and relevant trends to share on our social networks.

Join our team

**Salary**: $25,000 to $35,000 gross per month (depending on skills)

8 hour shift

Workplace: Tulum (in person)

It is required to commute daily to our office in Tulum.

Schedule availability Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar

**Experience**:
3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions

Schooling:

- Bachelor's degree completed (Desirable)

**Experience**:

- Social Media Strategy: 1 year (Desirable)

Workplace: On-site employment

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
