We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer (Community Manager) to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.Talent is key in your next mission.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**Sex: IndistinctAge: 25 to 35 yearsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic DesignPrevious experience of 3 to 5 years in social media management and digital content creation.Good presentationDecisive and empathetic personExcellent spelling**WE REQUEST KNOWLEDGE IN**:- Team management- Direct dealing with suppliers and handling of quotes- Mastery of the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)- Real estate experience is a plus- Social media management- Create and edit visual and video content for various platforms- Knowledge of printing methods- Advanced English.- Generate digital content strategies- Goal management- Compliance with KPI's- Manage the online community and interact with our followers and customers.- Monitor digital trends and propose innovative ideas.- Identify content opportunities and relevant trends to share on our social networks.**WE OFFER**:- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Good work environment.- Paid holidays.- Constant training to improve your skills.Join our team**Salary**: $25,000 to $35,000 gross per month (depending on skills)8 hour shiftWorkplace: Tulum (in person)It is required to commute daily to our office in Tulum.Schedule availability Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar**Experience**:3 to 5 years of experience in similar positionsSchooling:- Bachelor's degree completed (Desirable)**Experience**:- Social Media Strategy: 1 year (Desirable)Workplace: On-site employmentPay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
