**Your Impact**

**As a Marketing Specialist at Equivity, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads** and convert them into tangible sales opportunities. This role is perfect for a proactive and analytical marketer who excels in developing innovative, data-driven campaigns aligned with business objectives to deliver measurable results.

**What You’ll Do**
- Implement strategies to drive traffic, capture leads, and optimize conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and marketing funnels to improve lead quality and **increase conversion rates**.
- Analyze key performance metrics (**CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, ROI**) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to effectively track, segment, and nurture leads.
- Conduct **market and competitor research** to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support retargeting, upselling, and nurturing efforts to maximize sales potential.
- Report on **lead generation** and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **
Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales-driven campaigns.**:

- ** Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools** (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate lead sources and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (**Google Analytics/Ads certifications are a plus**).
