PERFIL DE EMPRESA: Avocado green mattress Tecate Baja California, parque Industrial Bajío. Avocado Green Brands Fabricamos colchones, ropa de cama, ropa y productos de belleza e utilizando los mejores materiales naturales y orgánicos. Responsable de todos los procesos de contabilidad financiera y presentación de informes financieros dentro de las instalaciones de fabricación y almacenes. Establezca costos estándar para todos los artículos y actualícelos anualmente. Desarrollar presupuestos anuales y proporcionar pronósticos actualizados para las instalaciones de fabricación y los centros de distribución. Desempeñar un papel de liderazgo en el seguimiento, análisis y comprensión de los costos variables para las instalaciones de fabricación, asegurando la educación del personal de producción en la comprensión de sus costos. Administre la lista de materiales configurada en Oracle para todos los artículos producidos y complete el análisis de variación de los cambios durante el año. Proporcione datos de desempeño de costos laborales variables semanales y gastos del período a varios equipos de planta. Apoyar el proceso de recuento del ciclo de fabricación y los recuentos físicos de inventario. Coordinar, revisar y aprobar todas las conciliaciones de cuentas mensuales. Asegúrese de que todas las entradas de diario necesarias se procesen de manera precisa y oportuna. Realizar las pruebas de auditoría requeridas por Sarbanes Oxley y participar en las auditorías de la planta según sea necesario. Impulse la mitigación de cualquier brecha de control asegurando que existan controles financieros sólidos. Asistir en la identificación, análisis y seguimiento de proyectos de reducción de costos de planta.

Experiência y requisitos

a.Ingles Fluido b.Carrera Profesional en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Economía, Contabilidad Publica un plus. c.Minimo 5 años manejando contabilidad, Finanzas, controller contabilidad de costos, en empresas de manufactura. d.Experiência y conocimiento de ORACLE Net suite u otro ERP System (Oracle o SAP) e.Experiência en ambientes de lean manufacturing. f.Excel avanzado.
