We are hiring an **Accounting Intern** who will be supporting **two Maquiladora plants** (Reynosa & Tijuana) with the support of two plant controllers as well as U.S. based teammates.

**As an intern, you will be**:

- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
- Elaborate manual journal entries to reflect daily operations in the ERP.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounting.
- Participate on Balance Sheet reviews, being able to explain account balances, including supporting documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- To graduate at least on December 2025.
- Availability to work from 7am - 4pm (flexible).
- Intermediate / Advanced English level
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills

**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Experience with accounting software
- Ability to multi-task
- Organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office
