**Sales Agent Role Summary**
At our company, we collaborate with multiple clients, representing a variety of brands and assisting their customers. All calls are inbound, meaning the customer already has an interest in the product.
**Types of Sales**:
- **Hard Sales**: Customers are well-informed about the product, often having seen an infomercial. These sales are almost automatic as the customer is ready to buy.
- **Trial Sales**: Customers are familiar with the product but might not know the purchase requirements, such as a trial subscription. The customer pays for a trial period, receives the product, and can return it for a refund if unsatisfied. These sales are slightly more challenging because they involve selling the subscription as well as the product.
**Additional Opportunities**:
- **Clubs**: These are additional subscriptions the customer is eligible for. Agents can add multiple clubs in one sale, significantly increasing their commission potential.
**Support and Tools**:
Agents receive comprehensive training, support scripts, tools, and continuous support to perform optimally and maximize their commissions. When our agents succeed, we succeed.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field or
- Recent Call Center experience, retention preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

**Schedules**
- **Morning - fulltime**:_
2 fulltime 5am - 6am, 2 weekly rotating days off. (40hrs)
- **Afternoon - part time**:_
2pm a 8pm, 1 weekly rotating day off. (36hrs)
3pm a 9pm, 1 weekly rotating day off. (36hrs)
4pm a 10pm, 1 weekly rotating day off. (36hrs)
- Midnight - full time:_
11pm a 6am, 2 weekly rotating days off. (35hrs)
- **Weekends**:_
11pm a 6am, Work only friday and Saturday
