Job Title
Account Payable Clerk

Position Purpose
Review in deep detail International Trade accounts payable, insuring prices match with current price, process them in payable system and follow up until payment is made and credit in our debit stamen. Maintaining healthy account balances with our suppliers.

Primary Accountabilities
- Review in deep detail accounts payable of the department and logistic program.
- Uses accounts payable system to register invoices, create vouchers and follow up approval and payments (People Soft)
- Keep updated record of each invoiced received, process and paid, review vendor accounts payable statements periodically to insure everything is under payment terms. (International trade and logistic program).
- Register and monitored the behavior of broker's spending.
- Prepare package of pediment files (Digital and paper), pass get Manager signature and deliver packages for storage, and up low in the server for consulting.
- Promotion of the logistic program in new vendor
- Monitoring the operation of logistic program, resolving problems, whit vendor, carrier, DC and CAT.

Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Accounting or administration
Years of Experience: two to three years.
Type of Experience: Account payable experience will be a plus
