OBJECTIVE
- Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Guarantee that warehouse operations effectively support the relevant departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage planned work according to the schedule.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure demand fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to guarantee that materials meet production requirements.
- Analyze material status for work orders, highlighting critical or scarce materials that may affect production.
- Maintain the new project routing, production version, execute cost calculations, and release them.
- Calculate estimated monthly revenue and analyze the causes of potential delays.
- Verify the status of work orders, control waiting times, manage small orders, and close old ones.
- Expedite urgent batches (“hot lots”) and work with corresponding areas to resolve issues.
- Correct monthly cost discrepancies.
- Update standard times (STD) in SAF.
- Create and maintain work centers as needed; control the standardization of production routings.
- Establish job hierarchy and set capacity.
- Execute engineering changes (ECN) in SAP.
- Timely close work orders once completed.
- Improve team capability and competencies.
- Ensure that PPS team operations align with company policy.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Economics.
- Over 5 years of experience in planning processes, material control, and warehouse management.
- Over 3 years of experience in Electronics Industry (PCBA/WHA)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Proficiency in SAP (required)
- Advanced English (required).
