**ACTIVIDADES**:
- Atenderás llamadas de pacientes con calidez y profesionalismo, gestionando citas, seguimientos y encuestas.
- Darás seguimiento a dudas o quejas usando herramientas digitales y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de KPIs del área.
**OFRECEMOS**:
- Sueldo mensual de $14,000.00 MXN.
- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.
- 15 días de vacaciones al año.
- Jornada: lunes a viernes + 2 sábados al mes.
- Turno de 7:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
**Requisitos**:
- **Licenciatura en Psicología o a fin.**
- **Nível de inglés avanzado (B2-C1), conversacional.**
- De 1 a 2 años de experiência en atención a clientes (call center, customer care, área médica o similar) INDISPENSABLE
**Zona de Trabajo**:El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa (cerca del Centro Comercial Santa Fe).
