**Job brief**
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.

What does a **Bilingual Customer Service** do?

A Bilingual Customer Service, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, to provide customer assistance working from home or in-plant based in Monterrey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency
- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- Call Center Experience not needed but preferable, min 1 year experiencie on Customer Service, 6 months experiencie on baking/finance tech industry
- Schedule availability

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary up to $16,800 MXN per month

**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $16,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
