Join our team as Order Management Analyst. You will be responsible for the process customer purchase orders; from the time the purchase order is generated to its delivery in a timely manner. Work effectively with the different departments of the company (Sales, Replenishment, Demand, Credit and Collection, Transportation, Operations) in order to ensure a level of service aligned with the strategies and objectives of the Client, as well as that of the company.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Validation of customer purchase orders** (Idocs, Quotation, available inventories, quantities, validities, system errors, etc.) and available inventory based on the allocation x client/channel (K1).
- ** Coordination with the different areas of the company** (Credit and Collection, Replenishment, Transportation, Operations, Demand), to ensure billing, in a timely manner and meeting the delivery specifications of each client.
- ** Ensure the correct consolidation of orders** in transport units (TU) by customer and destination.
- ** Control and administration of customer charges** for operational inefficiencies (absences, additional maneuver, reprogramming, etc.).
- ** Daily operation reports**: Non-Actionable, outage report, billing progress, etc.) also analysis of results and service indicators (FR, OTD, OSA, DDI) and presentation in different internal forums and / or with customers.
