**Tasks**

**As Training Intern you can expect to**

+ Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and curriculum development.

+ Perform administrative tasks and coordinate logistics for training sessions (e.g., scheduling, participant

communication, and material preparation).

+ Support in training concepts development, conduct research and compile information for training content

development.

+ Support on-site and e-learning content creation, including videos, presentations, and interactive modules and

communicate with our different suppliers.

+ Update and maintain training materials, learning management system (LMS) or digital training platforms.

+ Help maintain organized records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications.

+ Analyze feedback and metrics from training sessions to suggest improvements.

+ Collaborate with team members on new training initiatives.

**Profile**

**For your start as Training Intern we expect**

+A bachelor’s degree or student in the last semesters in fields like Business Administration, Instructional Design or

Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

+ Familiarity with e-learning tools, platforms, or digital collaboration tools (a plus).

+ Early exposure to production environments.

+ Experience with Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)

+ Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

+ Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours per week).
