**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- Experience with Python and SQL.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms and working with sales, marketing, or business operations teams.
- Familiarity with agentic AI principles and experience building AI agents including emerging frameworks like Agent Development Kit (ADK), A2A, MCP, etc.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.

As an AI Architect on the GTM Applied AI team, you will be at the nexus of innovation and execution, building the intelligent systems that will power the future of Google Cloud's commercial engine. You will partner closely with GTM teams to understand their most pressing challenges, then design, prototype, and ship novel AI-powered solutions that generate measurable business value.

Applied AI builds conversational agents deployed at a large scale that achieve very meaningful results in the real world. Some examples include the customer agent built for large call center environments, to fast food ordering handled by our Food AI agent. The team is transforming how enterprises connect with customers through the power of AI. We also offer unique experiences for team members where you get to work directly with the model builders (Google DeepMind / Vertex), learn and work with brilliant AI leaders, and have access to Global 1000 customers via our existing Google Cloud relationships. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deploy solutions for key focus areas, including our AI-powered demand generation platform, contributing directly to pipeline goals and operational efficiency.
- Partner with other Engineering and Operations teams to evolve successful prototypes into robust, scalable, and enterprise-ready solutions integrated into core GTM workflows.
- Develop frameworks to measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of AI solutions, quantifying their impact on pipeline, productivity, and key business metrics to inform future development.
