- Provide Onboarding to all new employee’s salary & interns
- Support Onboarding process for hourly employees and follow up during training in the job
- Coordinate technical training for entry level activities for shop floor employees.
- Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs for hourly employees.
- Systematically collect, identify, and address training gaps and working together with operations to detect training needs
- Ensures that production shopfloor training process is carried out in an efficient, effective, and standardized way, supported, and documented.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, coordination & tracking of all training & development programs and strategies necessary to support the operations.
- Manage employee certification process by critical position, monitoring of the release process of trained employees for the production line and ensure the annual recertification.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, EH&S teams in training efforts and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Develop and update training materials according to operations needs and develop new internal trainers
- Attend internal/externa audits (ISO 9001, Legal compliance, EH&S, STPS) and compliance with STPS requirements (documentation, annual training plan, DC3 certificates, etc).
- Weekly and monthly reports according to training process (courses, training hours, training progress, etc).
