Warehouse Supervisor - MX

**Essential Functions**
- Responsible for the operation of the warehouse, verify the operational flow of warehouse inputs and outputs.
- Inspect the equipment with which you are working.
- Coordinates equipment repair.
- Report problems and / or conflicts to the area manager.
- Ensure the reliability of cyclic and monthly inventories.
- Ensure the order and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Develop continuous improvement processes.
- Administration of over time of the Warehouse personnel required for the operation.
- Monitoring of the distribution of weekly loads and requesting modifications to the Department of Transportation.
- Follow-up on requests for information and required research.
- Pin Wheeling equipment management
- Foster a Risk Prevention Culture with potential impact on Business Continuity.
- Coordination with the production area to know their needs and contribute to the fulfillment of the Results of the Plant through coordination with internal and external clients.
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
- Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications:

- 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years - Experience in Position
- 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects
