**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Within the technical and professional requirements for HP NonStop Technical Support are:

- Analysis, solution and documentation of problems.
- Customer service.
- Attention of requests (Work Orders).
- Incident attention.
- Conferences with suppliers.
- Support for proprietary tools (ESQ, GG, AO).
- Change sheet management.
- Execution of change sheets.
- Support to other areas (information, execution of processes, analysis of problems in previous environments, configuration, installation of tools
- Support in own Projects of the area.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Initiative is required to propose improvements that contribute to the maintenance and stability of the platform.
