**Department Leader***:
**What You Will Do**:
He is responsible for the continuous optimization of production in a sustainable way, Coordinates RCA and the standardization of processes, expert of the process and the technologies of his area; train and support operating teams to improve performance behaviors through the implementation of standards and procedures.

**Who You Are**:
**Requirements**:

- Education: Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, processes or related (have a degree).
- **Use and mastery of statistical tools and process control.**:

- Availability to travel.
- **Intermediate office management**:

- **Advanced English language.**:

- **Management of unionized and non-unionized personnel Budget management, KPI's, lean manufacturing, personnel administration and payroll management.**:

- Experience:
**Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.**:
**Knowledge of packaging equipment (baggers, converters, conveyors) Process control background.**:
**Experience in the paper industry, feminine protection, diapers.**:
**Knowledge of TPM.**:
**Knowledge of Quality (BPM)**:
**Skills**:
