**Objective of the position**:**Activities**:- Establishes, supervises and improves processes according to statistical control methodologies through the quality tools that the organization has defined.- Provides resources and is responsible for managing the budget of your mini business unit (MBU) for the execution of activities, based on cost analysis (losses, materials, spare parts, etc.)- Supports the development of products / materials and the execution of projects according to the design.- He is responsible for the loss analysis and action plan to close the gaps in his area of responsibility.- He leads the activities of his team in his technological area.- It is ultimately responsible for continuously optimizing production processes in a sustainable manner through root cause analysis and standardization, to improve results.- It is responsible for training and guiding the operating teams to improve their behavior according to the procedures and standards defined.- He is responsible for the cascade of KPI´s (objectives) defined by the company.- Ensures the performance review process in a timely manner, as well as providing positive and timely feedback with the staff in charge.- Ensures that the operations board is held with complete information (detailed and with evidence) on the results of the previous day, as well as determining the directions of the day.- Manage KRONOS effectively avoiding incidents.**Requirements**:**- Schooling: Mechanical, industrial, process or related engineering (have a degree)****- Intermediate English - Advanced****- Schedule availability****- Minimum experience of 5 years in operations, manufacturing, projects or related.****Knowledge**:- **Preventive and corrective maintenance.**:- **Lean Manufacturing (5´s, TPM, Kaizen, etc), BPM´S**:- **Analysis tool management**:- **Managing resources (budget management, losses, materials, spare parts, etc.)**:- **ERP management (SAP, Kronos)**:- **Budget management, implementation and monitoring of KPI´S.**:- **Personnel management (unionized and employees)**:- **Implementation, execution and monitoring of methods and standards of safety, quality, production and cost reduction.**:- **Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, COFEPRIS regulations.****Competencies**:- Leadership- Commitment- Focus on results- Watch out- Empowerment**What We Can Offer You**:At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and caring Work Environment | Empowerment | Job Impact | Work with a Powerful Purpose | Individual Learning and Development | Health & Safety | Social Responsibility | Innovation**(More About (location))**:Work Zone: Ecatepec, Edo.
