This is a Full-time, Work-From-Home vacancy We want individuals who chase growth and set ambitious goals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Planner & Administrator to join our dynamic remote team with a leading construction company in the US specializing in roofing, siding, drywall, and framing.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

You will collaborate closely with the project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. Your expertise in costing and estimation will play a critical role in the company’s growth and success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review and assess project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Estimate labor, material, and equipment costs to develop accurate project pricing.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids for roofing, siding, drywall, and framing projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and subcontractor bids.
- Analyze historical cost data and industry trends to ensure estimates are accurate and up to date.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding project feasibility, cost-saving options, and material choices.
- Submit completed bids and proposals to clients in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- A background in construction management or engineering is a plus.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Cost Planning and Budgeting.**:

- Able to fluently speak, read and write in English.
- Advanced conversational English.
- College preferred or equivalent experience.
- Own a modern Computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM)
- Internet Speed (Download 20+ MB, Upload 5+ MB or above)
