**Responsibilities**:
As an Event Planner and Brand Ambassador Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and fostering meaningful connections with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **On-site catering Program**: Develop and manage a dynamic catering program to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth. Identify potential brand ambassadors, coordinate delivery/execution, and measure success.
- **Event Planning**: Plan and execute various corporate events. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Be the go-to contact for clients regarding event-related queries and concerns.
- **Logistics and Coordination**: Oversee event logistics/on-site caternig, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of events into daily operations. Share feedback from events to improve service offerings and customer experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a focus on corporate events.
- Previous experience in account management, projectos/operations manager and/or brand ambassador program development is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to clients.

**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $24,000.00 MXN per month

Pay: $17,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
