**About the CDMX Team**:
Our Mexico City team is building powerful solutions that transform how developers experience CI/CD. Working closely with our global engineering teams, you'll join a group that values in-person collaboration while embracing hybrid flexibility. As one of our founding engineers in Mexico, you'll help establish our engineering culture and create a community where everyone belongs and thrives.

**What You'll Do**:

- Pioneer CircleCI's engineering presence in Mexico City as a founding team member
- Build and optimize Docker convenience images and full-scale machine images (Linux, Windows, macOS, Android) using Packer and Ansible, eliminating setup friction for developers worldwide
- Maintain open-source repositories under CircleCI-Public (including the CircleCI CLI), directly engaging with our developer community through GitHub
- Design solutions that scale to millions of builds while maintaining the reliability our customers depend on
- Grow your technical expertise through mentorship from senior engineers while tackling increasingly complex challenges

**Who You Are**:
**Technical Skills**:

- 3+ years building production systems with DevOps practices, Golang, and microservices
- Strong experience with distributed systems in real-world production environments
- Expert-level bash and PowerShell scripting abilities
- Hands-on experience with container registry management and distribution
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS and GCP)
