**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools.
- Provide plant with PC&L standards formats and control tools for: Supply order management, customer milk runs, production leveling, master planning.
- Deploy and track PC&L objectives.
- Set up the means to achieve Production action plans and ensure results OEM and OES.
- Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions.
- Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees, when necessary in accordance with the plant PC&L manager strategy.
- Identify and implement best production control basis.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the packaging department to maintain correct dunnage levels.
- Maintain continuity with all internal and external customers, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure effective material movement.
- Customer direct communication.
- Your Skills & Strengths:
- 5 years or more experience in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or logistics.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge in MRP Management System (SAP essential).
- Experience managing overseas suppliers.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a Tier 1 environment /Automotive Industry.
