**About Us**:JIRobinson Group Corp. is an internationally recognized company offering a diverse range of services, including mining exploration, software development, specialized tool production, and high-resistance uniform manufacturing. Through our company, **4 Plus 1 Creative**, we are currently seeking a **Logistics Coordinator to join our team.**For several years, we have supported mining projects in the **United States and Mexican Republic** by ensuring the continuous **supply of essential mining exploration products**(helmets, hydraulic connections, additives, personal supplies, etc.) to our workforce.**Responsibilities**The Logistics Specialist is crucial to maintaining the seamless operation of our mining exploration activities. The key responsibilities include:- Preparing quotations and purchase orders.- Managing product listings, including additions, deletions, and updates in the system.- Communication with national and international suppliers to restock products.- Identifying optimal suppliers based on cost and delivery time.- Tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.- Monitoring product consumption by the workforce.- Anticipating and identifying the need for product restocking.- Strapping, arranging, separating boxes or pallets by corresponding parcel service.**Requirements**:- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and listening).- 2 years of experience in logistics roles.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Attention to detail.- Strong prioritization skills.- Effective communication.- Time management skills.- Proactive attitude.**Benefits**:- Law benefits.**Working Hours**:- Wednesday to Monday.- 11 am - 8 pm (Central Time).- Lunch 1 hour.If interested please share your resume.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Teléfono de la empresaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha límite para postularse: 21/02/2025Fecha de inicio prevista: 10/02/2025
