Customer Service Representative **works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about the products purchased. ** They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides customer service support.
- Partners with internal departments to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

MUST HAVE
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience
- Communicates well with shipping, production, and quality control departments.
- Must be an organized individual with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in working in or with manufacturing companies.
- Prompt customer follow ups.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Advance proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
- Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills; the ability to effectively prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Proficiency.
