**IT Project Manager**

**We will count on you to**:

- Oversee Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional website compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive Projects to Completion: Lead initiatives from inception through to completion, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project objectives.
- Report on Progress: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, compliance metrics, and any challenges or risks encountered.
- Process Evaluation: Assess existing website processes and workflows to determine their effectiveness and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Propose Enhancements: Develop and recommend process improvements and technological enhancements to optimize compliance and website performance.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders from legal, marketing, IT, products, and other relevant functions to align project goals and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
- Understanding of Website Development: Possess a solid understanding of how websites are built, including front-end and back-end components, to facilitate effective communication and project planning.

**What you need to have**:

- Proven +5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in website development, compliance, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, development processes, and content management systems.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
