**_Project Manager_****_Remote, México_**A Project Management Office is a key component for establishing and maintaining projects in Cloud Operations. To extend our team we are seeking a **PMO Project Manager, Cloud Operations** who will oversee the full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of medium size projects and business initiatives. The PMO Project Manager will work with customers to transition existing QAD technical environments, systems and integration technology into the Cloud Operations Environment, as well manage their upgrades.**What you’ll do**:- Responsible for leading and managing Cloud projects (On-Boarding & Upgrades). Reports to Cloud Operations PMO Manager.- Responsible for maintaining templates and tools within Cloud PMO framework, including PMO Dashboards and Cloud Portal metrics- Responsible for Cloud project delivery, resources, timelines, schedules and client success- Provide a weekly update to the Cloud Management regarding the overall health of the individual projects- Provide clear and concise Executive Reports, and provide daily tracking reports if the project is at risk or off track- Monitor and track critical path tasks and key milestones and dependencies well in advance of their due dates- Review and understand high-level business requirements and work with the project stakeholders to eliminate ambiguity or grey areas; ensure approvals from all business and IT stakeholders are secured- Escalate all obstacles that cannot be dealt with promptly that could result in Cloud project delays, budget overruns or service delivery quality issues**What we are looking for**:- PM experience with ability to do active status reporting in dashboard for Top level executives.- Hands on understanding of the Program metrics governance and reporting- Should be able to handle steering committees discussions and governance technical and business aspects of the project- Should have the skills to run meetings, capture MOM's, communicate, and do the necessary follow up with different stakeholders- Should be a result oriented person with a drive to achieve measurable PMO goals- Experience working as a PM in a PMO supporting matrix project teams**What you’ll need**:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.- Experience: 2 years in technical or consulting role- PM Experience: minimum of 4 years demonstrable Project Management experience- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Project, strong knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and Visio, Source Code Management Tools. Smart sheet is a plus- Other Knowledge or Skills: SDLC process, ERP implementation lifecycle knowledge, knowledge of production systems operations. Cloud Operations experience is a plus- Personal skills: Quick thinking, hands-on learner, well organized, persistent, and independent. Strong customer relations and consulting skills. Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, team, and conflict resolution skills- Must be able to work effectively during periods of high stress, and be able to multitask.- Demonstrated experience in effectively presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.**What we offer**:- Your health and well being are important to us at QAD.
