**Purpose of the Position**:

- Support upstream gas activities on timely gas nominations (receipt and deliveries) through the natural gas transportation supply chain (producers, transporters, marketers, and end customer) to provide customer with reliable gas deliveries as well as invoicing and reporting activities._

**Responsabilities and Job Functions**:

- Timely nominations in all receipt and delivery point in Mexico´s transport pipelines where GEMS has molecule contracted, keeping active the receipt and delivery points needed to gas transportation to assure reliable deliveries. Adjust schedules and nominations as needed by operation due to operational constraints.
- keep constant communication with transporters and suppliers who nominates gas to GEMS, in border or CENAGAS extraction points
- Revise transporters invoicing to match the energy purchased (confirmations vs allocations) with the gas measured and the gas allocated by transporter and process their timely payment.
- Create a daily and monthly report to monitoring the operation and be capable of measuring the energy monthly balance, daily cost, monthly customer fees to be charged (portfolio and giants) and financial impacts on P&L corresponding to transportation cost.
- Trace-up all gas nominations on transportation systems and identify any cost or flow efficiency opportunity to be taken.
- Follow-up the mutual allocating agreements GEMS has executed among CENAGAS and other counterparties to delivery gas in shared extraction points.
- Give support and follow-up discussions to agree (CENAGAS & counterparties) new allocating agreements to deliver gas in new CENAGAS points.
- Give support to Scheduling Leader during the renewal of transportation contracts process with CENAGAS to obtain a successful renovation.
- Manage all information in accordance with ENGIE/GEMS policies to comply with ethics mandatories and keep all data bases in a safety and traceable way as well as available for analysis and audit purposes.
- Working close with support areas (sales, supply, and finance) providing them with timely transport feasibilities.
- Support customer´s care areas providing with information for customers, related with transport charges or any other transport information (calculations).

**Ocupational Profile**:

- Bachelor or equivalent (business management, economics, or field related)
- 2-3 years of natural gas experience
- Advanced knowledge of natural gas industry in Mexico and US.
- Expertise in databases visualization.
- Expertise in commercial roles and negotiation.
- Expertise in structuration of contracts
- English and Spanish
