**General Functions**:

- Guide develop team through requirement management processes.
- Prepare and conduct internal & external requirement reviews.
- Format and upload customer requirements into database
- Support customer change request documenting requirement changes.
- Interact with development team to ensure full traceability and test coverage of requirements.
- Maintain and manage requirements across development.
- Provide general training on the proper operation and usage of Req Mgmt. Tool
- Must display good teamwork, leadership, and time management skills.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 yrs of experience as Requirement Engineer
- Degree in: Software Engineering, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- English spoken, Conversational & Writing
- Experience with any requirement management tool (Jama, Doors, etc)
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of CMMI, ASPICE, V-Model, and/or Agile.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and definition, as well as allocation, decomposition and bi-directional traceability.
- Experience with Automotive OEM customers.
- Basic knowledge of Cyber security (TISAX, ISO27001, WP29).
- Basic knowledge of System Engineering.
- Experience writing and developing System/Sub-system/Functional requirements.
- Understanding project execution methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall
- Project management Skills
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish / English)
