**Commercial Training Manager Latin America**:
We're looking for a regional commercial training manager who will be responsible for planning and driving the commercial capability building in Latin America to support the sales force to implement the strategy and fully deliver on their priorities and targets and to be the link between the global training team and the local market.

**What You Will Do**:
- Conduct a local Training Need Analysis by region (yearly based on global tool)
- Responsible for Latam planning, **communication**, and **execution**of global programs
- Customize global programs: translation and localization - if needed
- Develop and deliver local programs based on identified critical local needs
- **Establish, lead, and coordinate**the local training resources
- Be the link to the global training team and global programs
- Support the local embedment of all programs
- Evaluate and follow-up, track progress and measure impact for all programs
- Conduct co-visits regularly and be updated within the field of learning
- Assess, select, and collaborate with local training vendors, if necessary
- Keep all local stakeholders updated regarding commercial training
**Who You Are**:
- **Bachelor’s degree**in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience**in commercial training, sales enablement, capability development, or a related commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of **designing, implementing, and managing training programs**for commercial teams.
- Experience working in a **multinational environment**, with a regional focus on **Latin America**.
- Strong knowledge of **sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and commercial excellence frameworks**.

- **Training & Facilitation**:Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
- **Coaching & Leadership Development**:Strong ability to mentor and develop sales teams and commercial leaders.
- **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to align training initiatives with business priorities and commercial objectives.
- **Performance Measurement & Analytics**:Experience in defining KPIs, assessing training effectiveness, and leveraging data to drive improvements.
- **Project Management**:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**:Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, and global training teams.
- **Digital Learning & Innovation**:Knowledge of modern training tools, e-learning platforms, and blended learning methodologies.
- **Communication & Influence**:Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire teams.
**Languages**:
- **Fluency in English and Spanish**(written and spoken) is required.
- **Portuguese is a plus.**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the **medical devices, healthcare, or B2B sales industry**.
- Certification in **training, coaching, or instructional design**is a plus.
- Familiarity with **learning management systems (LMS), digital training tools, and virtual training platforms**.
