**About the role**
As a Workforce Management Program Lead, you will be responsible for project managing WFR related activities for EMEA countries. Partners with HRBPs, Country HR team, WFR PMO & legal to understand business needs, cultivates and recommends optimal solutions, and develops the processes for smooth implementation of WFR across all countries. Raised red flags proactively and partners more closely with legal for USA slate and legal reviews
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with all HR teams, legal, WFR PMO team
- Leverage technology where feasible to drive the operational process for WFR
- Provide reports on need basis
- Assist with documentation creation and workflow design
- Consults with legal on country local regulations and policies
- Support Audit requirements related to WFR
**Education and Experience Required**:
- First level university degree; advanced university degree in business preferred.
- Typically 7-10 years’ experience in HR, HROPS, Shared Services and Project Management preferably in a Global role**.**
- Advanced English Level
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- General know-how of WFR process with sensitivity to local regulations. Specialized knowledge of USA WFR process would be an added advantage
- Advanced program management, process development, leadership, influencing, and consulting skills.
- Advanced communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to not only manage at an operational level but also think strategically.
- Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.
- Strong general HR knowledge.
Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to influence the employee experience
- Good time management skills and team working
- Ability to work remotely and under own initiative
- Ability to support multiple countries
- Good research and troubleshooting skills
