Responsible for maintaining plant environmental, health, and safety.
- Ensure that product delivery and performance meet or exceeds customer expectations.
- Responsible for Production and Material scheduling, Facility and equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for plant profitability and managing the staff to achieve all financial goals.
- Continuous quality improvement, and employee development and retention.
- Additional task as assigned by management.
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- 10 + years of experience in a production management environment.
- Experience with managing governmental regulations such as environmental, health and safety.
- Experience with managing Plant P&L and other financial goals.
- Must have experience in injection molding, painting, or electroplating of plastic substrates.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Must be familiar for ISO / TS, IATF, JIT, MRP, TQM, and lean manufacturing processes.
- Must be a hands-on manager.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of Automotive methodologies and expectations.
- Must be able to travel when required.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual, with a serious work ethic.
- Proven managerial experience
- Proven work experience as a plant manager
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Computer literacy
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- BS degree in Business Management or related field
