Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Asset Management Specialist located at Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Asset Management Manager, the Asset Management Specialist role involves working in charge to optimize the most all of the M&E assets supported by the department, from an investment, utilization, and deployment perspective, directly impacting the global company's annual budget, operations shopfloor, and machinery optimization.

What a typical day looks like:

- Manage materials and machinery in the Americas region, considering input from other regions.
- Coordinate the acquisition, use, and retirement of machinery within the company.
- Understand the current status of equipment and its operational capacity.
- Plan and execute logistics to move machinery from point A to point B.
- Interact directly with suppliers to ensure technical compliance and delivery times.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of production equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure processes are aligned with operational standards.
- Participate in vendor management activities alongside the management team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS in Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent English.
- Office Packaging knowledge.
- Finance experience.
- Experience operating industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of equipment logistics and asset management.
- Ability to work with global input and coordinate with multicultural teams.
- Ability to validate technical processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of databases and asset management tools.
- Availability to travel.
