The **Lab Supervisor** for **Test & Validation** will be responsible for managing the operation of the **ACCL Test Lab** at MTH. This role includes coordinating lab technicians to meet testing requirements for the Carrier CoE and Sustaining Departments Globally. The Supervisor will support multiple projects, with a primary focus on the ACCL Chiller Lab construction and Data Centers requirements.

To fulfill these responsibilities, the Supervisor must have expertise in refrigeration and air/water-cooled chiller systems, enabling them to provide technical guidance and identify product failures. They must adhere to local EHS regulations and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, OSHA, UL, ETL) and ensure that lab testing procedures align with Carrier, ASHRAE, AHRI 550/590, UL, and ETL regulations.

Key duties include:

- Ensuring the quality system complies with ISO 17025 standards.
- Coordinate and follow up on product testing alongside CMX F Operation Teams to support data center customers.
- Overseeing the operation, calibration (internal/external), and preventive maintenance of all lab test equipment and stations.
- Performing tests or setups in periods of high demand to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Conducting internal audits for Quality Management System (QMS) assessments.

Additionally, the Supervisor should promote continuous improvement practices, such as 5S and Lean methodologies, and effectively manage workload stress, maintain a positive attitude, and prioritize tasks efficiently. They must also ensure proper handling and management of engineering information related to laboratory testing
