**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5002: Carrier - Plant B, Carretera a García Km. 1.3, Parque STIVA, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Responsabilidades**:- Creates a communication channel between suppliers and factory to improve reaction in regards of supplier responsible escapes.- Drive zero defect culture within the supply base by stablishing quality roadmaps.- Monitor supplier quality performance.- Works closely with Design, Manufacturing, supply chain, etc. on supplier related issues.- Review and disposition of the assigned PPAP´s from suppliers.- Work on complex issues where analysis or situations or data requires depth evaluation.- Implement FRACAS within the supply base.**Objetivo del trabajo**:- Supervises procedures and metrics that support compliance with industry and regulatory standards.- Drives implementation of minimum standards and utilization of tools and methods to ensure effectiveness of existing quality processes and sustain quality performance improvements on supplier responsible escapes.- Provides oversight for quality compliance audit processes to ensure smooth execution at all stages.- Reviews procedures and metrics that impact quality and production attainment to ensure compliance with internal standards and metrics.**Requisitos mínimos**:- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.- Strong SPC knowledge and problem solving.- Requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practicesUniversity Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.- Bilingual 80% (English)- Six sigma knowledge, APQP.**Carrier is An Equal**Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
