As a COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE SENIOR MANAGER, you will accelerate the adoption and implementation of the accurate business processes, metrics and tools that drive balanced organic growth faster than the market. This is a role with high visibility and is a meaningful role that impacts the business efficiency and performance of the sales organization

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and execution of commercial excellence policies and practices, promoting the appropriate sales methodologies and tools to build and maintain an extraordinary sales and business operation management model organization.
- Develop programs and metrics that increase the adoption of the right sales behaviors to achieve results such as account management, customer visits or calls, pipeline management, conversion rate, conversion speed, customer retention, and estimation accuracy.
- Continuous monitoring of the Industrial Coatings markets to ensure commercial resources are correctly allocated in the best areas of opportunity to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement the pricing strategy aimed at striking a balance between competitiveness and increasing profitability by identifying pricing opportunities and promoting pricing recommendations to sales leaders.
- Lead pricing processes and projects (price increase campaigns, profitability analysis, etc.) to ensure compliance with profitability objectives and the correct ongoing analysis of pricing strategies.
- Be responsible for completing data process, from the understanding of the business variables, decide which is the best data analysis tool to ensure that the focus is on the correct priorities that will drive the value of the data for the business.
- Development of statistical models and machine learning, search for new alternatives and comparison of several options to find the one that the best explains, adjusts or predicts the future behavior of certain variables.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Management, Finances, Industrial engineering, or Data Science
- English at advance level, capable to attend a constant communication with USA
- +5 years of proven experience in a sales operations or commercial excellence managerial position mainly in sales effectiveness and pricing
- Advance Excel knowledge and ERP such as Oracle or SAP
- Preferred knowledge in Lean Quality Systems, Six Sigma, ISO or related (as responsible for the following-up of continuous improvement process)
- Skills: High level of leadership, innovation, agility to build and develop, adaptability, customer oriented, hands-on, and proactive
- Location: Can be based in San Juan Del Río or working remotely with availability to visit Qro sporadically
