Digital Advisory Principal Consultant

Role profile

1. Provide consulting services related to sustainability, digital transformation, and technology-related solutions to clients.

2. Develop trusted relationships with clients (trusted adviser).

3. To be the key contact for clients with ERM.

4. Identify and pursue business opportunities.

5. Fully understand the client's business model and business line, as well as the client's needs.

6. Develop successful digital, business and technology strategies for each client.

7. Keep abreast of best practices in the area of sustainability, as well as regulatory frameworks.

8. Establish and cultivate relationships with direct and extended team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales consultancy. i) Business development: upselling to existing clients and detecting business opportunities with new clients ii) Elaborate strategic proposals aligned to client needs that are financially viable iii) Activate key contacts with senior stakeholders to bring business to the company iv) Review on a monthly basis the achievement of objectives and KPIs v) Promote the company's services, solutions and products with clients, industry people and general contacts vi) Generate ideas for new services and products as well as suggest improvements to existing ones to contribute to the growth of the company's business, solutions and products with clients, people in the industry and contacts in general vi) Generate ideas for new services and products as well as suggest improvements to existing ones to contribute to business growth vii) Activate networking to introduce the company to potential clients.

Projects. i) Fully understand and document customer needs to engage in the delivery and implementation of the company's digital products ii) Map and analyze the end-to-end business process (customers, systems, finance, processes etc) iii) Elaborate business models iv) Provide timely follow up on the development of projects (delivery times, issues, risks, opportunities for improvement and impediments. v) Conduct risk analysis vi) Understand the stages of execution of each project vii) Deliver quality solutions within the budget and timeline previously agreed with the client viii) Support the consulting team in the execution and scope of deliverables in each phase of the client's project ix) Assist in the review of key points to comply with the environmental compliance rules of the projects x) Create policies, procedures and guidelines that are aligned with best practices to help clients successfully complete their projects

Digital Transformation. i) Be the client-technology and/or data solutions liaison.

ii) Know the infrastructure offer (platforms, cloud services, technology and digital solutions) offered by ERM and the existing options in the market iii) Make an assessment of the client's needs and interests in IT topics and/or digital transformation iv) Plan digital and technology strategies tailored to the client's projects v) Provide advice to clients to choose the ideal digital platforms, software and tools for the development of their projects vi) Connecting the digital tools offered by ERM with the client's business needs vii) Creating KPI's viii) Be aware of best practices in digital transformation related to sustainability ix) Lead Design Thinking initiatives, process design and presentation of key activity dashboards for projects under development.

Data. i) Identify information and data architecture needs and/or issues to initiate collection and organisation processes to gain business insights ii) Co-create data management strategies together with extended internal or external teams iii) Understand fundamental principles of data governance (cyber-security, privacy regulation and UI-UX) iv) General knowledge of programming languages (mainly R and Python).

Reporting. i) Design KPIs and dashboards for management at agreed timing ii) Provide feedback on project progress to the area director iii) Report problems in strategy implementation, delays and offer solutions to problems encountered along the way iv) Prepare reports on trends, sustainability and updates on regulatory frameworks and best practices v) Manage a calendar of meetings and accountability with both client and management teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in consulting, ideally technology consulting.
