Responsible for ensuring that the company's equipment and facilities operate reliably and efficiently through the planning, management and coordination of maintenance activities. Responsibilities: - Develop Strategic Plans and Programs of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance to ensure the operation is reliable and can be sustain. - OEE development and deployment (experience working with OEE). - TPM development and deployment (experience working with TPM). - Lead and Supervise the Maintenance team, assign tasks, provide coach and train his team members - Budget Management (Create, manage and control) - Coordinate regular inspections, minor adjustment and perform minor repairs to identify potential problems to avoid equipment downtime. - Keep precise record of the assets, define maintenance program, and schedule the replacement. - Work with external suppliers and contractors for task that required specialize maintenance. - Validate the contractors are in legal compliance. - Control min and max of spare parts. - Identify New Technologies or Practices and the possibility of the implementation in the site. - Leader of all expansion facilities projects. - Performance responsible of the following equipment: chillers, air compressors, vacuum system, clean room, freezer, water treatment system, building electric system, nitrogen distribution system.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related field of engineering.
- 5 years of experience on maintenance field
- 3 years of experience in facilities
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Ovens equipment background
- Organize and able to manage multiple task
- CAPEX project experience
- Problem solving thru Lean tools.
- KPIs Department Full Responsible
- Ethical and honest
- Fluent English Desirables:
- Knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP
- Knowledge of Maintenance software
- Experience working with autoclaves
