We’re looking for a **Facilities Maintenance Supervisor** to join our **Mexicali plant**. In this role, you will ensure **facility maintenance and the proper supply of essential plant services** (Electricity, Water, Gas, Steam, HVAC, Lighting, Compressed Air, and Chilled Water). You will be responsible for **managing and executing maintenance plans**, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing the **budget for these areas on a monthly and annual basis**.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Ensure the continuous supply of plant services to maintain seamless operations.- Manage and execute maintenance plans for facilities and plant services.Control and optimize the monthly and annual budget for your areas of responsibility.- Oversee contractor work, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety requirements.- Enforce workplace safety measures to prevent accidents in the facility.- Monitor spare parts inventory to guarantee operational continuity.- Coordinate contractor activities with the internal maintenance team.- Develop and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.- Participate in the execution of global Food Safety programs, specifically the Golden Six initiative: Water Control, Pest Control, Food Build-up, Good Preventative Maintenance (GPM), Belting and Overhead Food Stream**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Technical Knowledge:- Experience in manufacturing processes and facility maintenance.- Expertise in plant service supplies (Electricity, Gas, Water, Steam, Chiller, HVAC, Compressed Air, etc.).- Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and electrical substations.- Understanding of water treatment systems.- Familiarity with TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.**ABOUT WK KELLOGG CO**WK Kellogg Co is proud to offer industry competitive benefits (Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social) that vary depending on region and type of role.
