- Issurance Supervisor y tendrá comunicación con sus pares, que reportan a Policy Servicing Representative Issurance Manager: Policy Servicing Rep
- Post Issurance Jr, Plain

Principales Funciones:

- Emitir transacciones con complejidad baja/media/moderada, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las solicitudes BAU asignadas, realizando la gestión pertinente y reporte de las eventualidades que pudieran existir en cada caso.
- Asegurar las emisiones de la documentación pertinente en SIS/ABASYSTEM, estén bajo los estándares de calidad establecidos (LOB´s) permitiendo una adecuada comunicación con las áreas de atención y entregables correctos para el cliente.
- Registrar la gestión de los objetivos diarios de emisión en tiempo y forma, la cual debe cumplir con los estándares de calidad establecidos, así como realizar los seguimientos correspondientes de aquellos casos con incidencias para asegurar el cumplimiento personal del KPI de su posición.

Competencias
- Educación: : No Graduado de Carreras Administrativas o carreras afines
- Idiomas: Inglés básico (no indispensable) / Español avanzado
- Conocimientos computacionales: paquetería de Office intermedio
- Certificaciones: NA
